Hello!
I am Juan Luis Vera, many of you know me as Juan Luis JLP, serial entrepreneur with more than 20 years of international experience in franchising, technology and gastronomy start-ups in more than 5 countries.
Track Record
Since my beginnings in start-ups in the USA in 2001, my background has always been focused on e-commerce and tech, however, the last decade has been dedicated to the wonderful world of franchises and QSR restaurants, founding and expanding successful chains such as the fast-casual Peruvian food chain PERÚ MIX®, or the crypto-gastronomic chain MIND WORLD®, both with presence in 4 countries.
Resident of the World
I was born and spent my childhood in Peru, then grew up and spent most of my life in the United States. This combination shaped my global outlook on everything. As a result, throughout my life I have lived and undertaken projects in different countries such as the United States, Peru, Colombia, and recently Spain.

As an expert entrepreneur in both worlds: digital and gastronomic, I am on a mission to disseminate, train, and contribute to the transformation of the traditional restaurant and franchise sector on the technological, digital, and artificial intelligence revolution we are living.
